REIKI CLASSES (in person only)
Reiki I and II are one of the few forms of energy healing that you can use on yourself. It is an amazing healing tool and once your are attuned it can be used on family, friends, children, pets and yes, even plants. Reiki can also be performed in person or long distance. Reiki III is a Master level attunment and is for those who wish to go deeper into this healing craft. Receiving the Master Reiki healer training enables you to create a business and share this healing with the world and or teach Reiki. The Master class is also geared toward self exploration and deeper understanding of the chakras to better understand ourselves and others.

Come experience the magic of group healing. We will begin by getting clear on what you want to heal; it can be emotional, physical or spiritual. Each individual will experience The Emotion Code, clearing old stuck emotions, ancestral wounds and specific traumas while also experiencing the phenomena of group energy transference. Other's healings can heal you! We will end with a brief Reiki clearing and grounding.

Reiki Refresh

This class is for anyone who has taken one of my Reiki Classes. You must be a past or present student of mine to attend the Reiki Refresher. This is for those of you that have an established practice and those of you that have not done Reiki in a while. We will all benefit from coming together and connecting with Reiki.
We will:
Practice healings - both give and receive!
Explore any questions that have come up for you and receive guidance on where you might be getting stuck
Learn a few energy expansion techniques I use to fill up and source an abundance of healing energy!

I have had the honor each year to participate in this amazing day! A group of women who are in the fight against cancer are selected to have a dream day at Gillette Stadium.
Imagine spending the day receiving a Reiki healing and being pampered in a luxury box office surrounded by glass, overlooking the vibrant green field at Gillette Stadium! And while that is a pretty cool backdrop to harnessing the energy of Reiki, even more meaningful are the beautiful and inspiring women I get to meet. Each of these women are warriors in their fight against Breast Cancer. What a gift to be part of this opportunity! Each woman is picked for a day of healing, rejuvenating and reconnecting with spirit, mind and body. Now sometimes Tom Brady....
