#23 Empath: Is Your High Threshold For Anxiety Blocking Your Intuition?

If you are an Empath or Sensitive Seeker that has become skilled at pushing through hard things by pushing emotions down, this is an episode you don't want to miss. 

First, I am asking you to consider whether or not  you have a high threshold for anxiety.  Then, we ask the question; "Is it really making you more resilient?" 

Is it possible that this trait or habit is blocking your intuition? Could it be causing you to be more indecisive, set unhealthy goals and/or accept unhealthy relationships?

While it can appear as a strength—showcasing resiliency and the ability to remain calm under pressure—it can also lead to potential drawbacks like ignoring self-care, downplaying stress, and hindering intuitive decision-making.

The good news is that you can reap the rewards of having a high threshold for anxiety without sacrificing your Empathic gifts!
